About Us

RoChen Health & Counseling Services, is a for-profit LLC, started in 2024 by a minority woman striving to change the face of health services for the under-privileged communities.

The goal and heart of RHCS is the people it serves. RHCS is made up of licensed providers . Who specialize in clincial intergrated counseling. As Therapist, Case managers, Life Health &Wellness Coaching and of Mental Health Counselors.

RHCS is registered with Michigan Medicaid as a provider of services that will help all clients get healthier lives. We are affliated with other accreditation boards and medical professionals that support RHCS and help us deliver great community health services.

RoChen Health has counseling privileges in Florida as RHMC(I); LMFTA in Oregon, LLPC in Michigan & LMHCA in Washington. Ohio coming soon!!

About Our Provider

Octavia Chenault-Robinson, MA, RLHMC(I), MFT-A, QMHP, QIDP, LHMC-A(WA), LLPC-(MI) Lives in Michigan and has a heart for the people in the community. She has a myriad of accolades, and experiences in helping others. For over 26 years she worked as a Pharmacy Technician turned Pharmacy Instructor in 2008 teaching in multiple postsecondary institutions. Which lead to becoming the Program Director at Vatterott College in St. Louis, MO. in 2017. After teaching for over 15 years and finding herself helping students overcome many challenges in their lives grew the love of counseling and helping others live a great, productive and a mentally healthy life.

Having worked over the last 3 years as a community based counselor/ Therapist she has learned the greatest ideology there is to know! That is "We all deserve a fulfilling life" ! This is the reason for returning to school to gain a doctoral degree in a craft that she has grown to love. Counseling and Human Services!

Our Approach

We take a holistic, humanistic, behavioral therapeutic approach to counseling, that is client centered focused on the mind, body, and spirit. Our licensed and certified professionals are trained in a variety of evidence-based techniques and person-centered modalities and therapies to help our clients achieve optimal mental health and wholeness in life. RHCS adheres to the modalites of CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy and others depending on the client needs.
